📄 Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS)

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“TCS”) govern sales made on the website bonandbone.com, operated by Bon et Os, whose registered office is located at 140 Avenue de Navarre, Saint-Lambert, QuĂ©bec, Canada, J4S1R6, and registered with the QuĂ©bec Enterprise Register under number 2281203796.

By placing an order on our website, you unconditionally agree to these TCS.

1. Purpose

These TCS define the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the online sale of products and/or services offered by Bon et Os to the customer.

2. Products and Services

The products or services offered are those listed on bonandbone.com, subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify our offer at any time without prior notice.

Each product is described with the utmost care. However, errors or omissions may occur, and Bon et Os cannot be held responsible for them.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in Canadian dollars (CAD), including all applicable taxes (GST and QST based on the delivery location).

Bon et Os reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be billed at the rate in effect at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery fees, if applicable, are specified before the order is confirmed.

4. Orders

Any order placed on the website constitutes a firm and final acceptance of these TCS.

Order steps:

  1. Product selection

  2. Add to cart

  3. Enter billing and shipping details

  4. Choose payment method

  5. Accept the TCS

  6. Confirm the order

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing the details.

Bon et Os reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute, non-payment, or suspected fraud.

5. Payment

Payment is made online by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) or any other method offered on the site.

Transactions are secured through a third-party provider (Shopify Payments). No banking information is stored by Bon et Os.

6. Delivery

We deliver within Canada only.

Delivery time: 3 to 5 business days.

The delivery times are provided for reference only. No refund will be granted in case of delay attributable to the carrier.

7. Return and Refund Policy

In accordance with Québec consumer protection laws, you have 10 days from receipt of the product to request an exchange or refund if the product is defective or does not match its description.

Conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are covered by Bon et Os.

To make a request, contact us at bonandbone@gmail.com, specifying your order number.

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

8. Warranties

The products sold are covered by the legal warranties provided by the Québec Consumer Protection Act, including:

  • Warranty of proper functioning

  • Warranty of reasonable durability

  • Warranty against hidden defects

9. Liability

Bon et Os cannot be held liable for failure to perform the contract in the following cases:

  • Force majeure

  • Website outage or technical issue beyond its control

  • Customer input error during ordering

  • Improper use of the products

10. Intellectual Property

All elements on bonandbone.com (texts, images, videos, logos, designs, etc.) are protected by intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

11. Protection of Personal Information

Personal information collected during the ordering process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Law 25.

12. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These TCS are governed by the laws in force in the Province of Québec.

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to submit their case to the competent courts of the judicial district of Longueuil.
